138th Andrew Family Reunion

I. Roll Call & Opening Remarks

Meeting called to order by Matt Andrew at 2:15 PM.
A moment of silence was held in memory of Peter Staley and Marilyn Andrew, who both passed away in 2025.
Matt reiterated the importance of interacting with one another, especially those we don’t typically see, because time is short and we never know what the new year will bring.
Matt posed a challenge to each attendee: bring at least one new person to next year’s reunion.

II. Old Business

Treasurer’s Report:
- Presented by Kyle Andrew.
- Motion to accept made by Mary Noble, unanimously approved.
Historian’s Report:
- Presented by Anthony DePoto.
- Motion to accept made by Russ Andrew, unanimously approved.
Family Website:
- Plan to add a PDF of the Craig Partridge book to the website.
- Site: TheAndrew.family, to be updated quarterly.
- Sign-up initiated for members interested in helping to maintain the site.

III. New Business

Historical Preservation:
- Russell Andrew Tolan Halstead volunteered to digitize and index family photos.
New Reunion Start Time:
- A proposal to move the start time for future Andrew Family Reunions was presented
- Motion to approve made by Jake Delardi, unanimously approved.

IV. Superlatives

Motion to adjourn made by Matt Andrew Time Adjourned: 2:49 p.m.

The 139th Reunion is set for Sat., Aug. 1, 2026. At 11:30 a.m.
